SUMMER GLEESON (not in episode, SHOULD have been) interviews aquarium director about Joker's threat, barges into scene man almost killed by the Joker, sees tell-tale fish (unbelievable Bullock would understand it, ALL he knows about fish is to eat them--RAW), tells Montoya, "I saw that at the aquarium." Montoya tries to tell Bullock, "Lieutenant, I think..." "HEY everysbodys, ours detectiv' NOT in skoists is DINKIN' Gos writes sum parkin- tickets, Mound-toy-a."

MONTOYA goes to aquarium, flashlight, gun in hands, knocked out, dangled over shark tank, dropped, SAVED BY SWINGING BATMAN, dropped over side. Joker DROPS BATMAN he's one with the shark (SHOULD have been, better). Montoya picks up pistol, eye squinted, reigning queen of target range, shoots hits bulls-eye same spot until CRACKS TANK, SPILLS BATMAN, SHARK OUT.

Summer arrives, interviews drenched Montoya, Bullock illegally parks. Montoya walks over, takes out soaked ticket book, fill out, drops mulch into Bullock's hand. "Whuts dis?" he asks. "A ticket, you SAID," she walks off squeaking shows. Standing beside him, smiling Summer reports, "And that's how Officer Montoya got soaked--while Lieutenant Bullock ended up ALL WET," he scowling into camera.
